Abstract

Internationalization, globalization, the revolution in information and communication technology are deeply changing work place and labor market orientation. To fulfi ll the new circumstance requirements, technical and vocational education system needs to be innovated in many aspects like management, curriculum, teaching methods, teachers/ trainers training, etc. This report presents some experiences in the training of teachers/ trainers in technical and vocational education in Asia and the Pacifi c.
