(Google Translate) In the world today, there are many solutions for management workflow in general, but these solutions are published in commercial form and have limited interference and customization according to the needs of the user unit. In this topic, we will study and build a unified and complete solution based on available discrete open source systems. First of all, to design the software process visually through the graphical interface, we redesigned the eclipse engine. The design results are rendered through a core engine workflow, which is jBPM running on the JBoss server platform. In addition, the Certificate Authentication system is used to issue digital certificates to users as well as public keys, private keys and digital signatures so that users can verify and sign electronic documents. To manage the user system and exploit the LDAP account management system. In addition, the document management system was also developed by us with the feature of converting the word document system into a pdf file with embedded digital signature so that users can print it out.
