Abstract

E-Learning is currently an interesting issue of Information Technology. E-learning helps students in are still able to access the latest material and be guided by the best teachers (in the words of Bill Gates). E-learning helps students significantly reduce costs compared to centralized courses, and students can study whenever you have free time.
Along with the development of IT, E-learning also has many changes. Video Conference Technologies
enable teachers and students to communicate directly with each other and between students,not just is a form of downloading documents about the study then uploading the results and taking the exam remotely.
One of the approaches to Video Confence is to use Flash. Moreover, Flash also supports Shared
Desktop, WhiteBoard, chat, Record Video, .. help to interact between teachers and students and between students members together is more convenient. Another strong point of Flash is that it can be embedded in a Web browser, so it is very
easy integration into CMS-based E-learning systems.
The content of the report consists of 5 parts: 1.Introduction to Flash and Media Server. 2.Communication protocol between
Flash Client and Media Server. 3. Build the Video Conference module, Shared Desktop and save the lecture.
4.Some test images. 5.Conclusion and development direction.
