When the injectors in the fuel injection system are working, there is a back electromotive force (emf) appearred with a high amplitude in a short time after each switch state. These reverse pulses are the main cause of heat loss energy wastage damage to electronic devices. Building the inductance energy source manager and redistributing to injectors is a potential solution to limit the damage caused by these back-emf pulses. Particularly, this paper performs the design of a model that recovers inductance energy from coils with the purpose of acting as a second voltage supply to the injector in order to reduce fuel consumption. Then, experiments were carried out on the ignition and fuel injection model to evaluate the effectiveness of suggestion.
