Performance Competence and the Standardization of the Vocational Teachers Competence

Abstract

Qualification and capacity are two components which form a vocational teacher’s personality. In the scope of the following work studies on a vocational teacher’s capacitieswill be expressed from the competency point of view. On the basics of theory and surveys on the real state of competency of the vocational teaching staff the writer proposes the building of a vocational teacher’s standardized competency which is the basics for building standardized skills to contribute to the quality of the vocational teaching staff.
