Nghiên cứu tính năng động cơ 01 xilanh dùng nhiên liệu LPG-Diesel với bộ điều tốc điện tử

Tóm tắt

Động cơ diesel được quan tâm rộng rãi bởi hiệu quả kinh tế cao và lượng phát thải ô nhiễm lớn ra môi trường. Việc chuyển đổi ứng dụng đa nhiên liệu nhằm giảm phát thải ô nhiễm, đa dạng hóa các nguồn năng lượng thay thế diesel là một giải pháp tiềm năng. Bài báo này trình bày một giải pháp chuyển đổi động cơ diesel Vikyno RV125 hoạt động ở chế độ đa nhiên liệu LPG-diesel và đánh giá ảnh hưởng của công suất động cơ sau chuyển đổi. Một mạch điều khiển kim phun LPG được thiết kế để vận hành động cơ ở các chế độ thay đổi tải lên đến 4kW tương ứng với các tốc độ động cơ. Hệ thống cung cấp khí nạp được cải tiến và hiệu chỉnh lưu lượng nhằm đánh giá các chế độ hoạt động. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy hệ thống chuyển đổi có thể hoạt động với chế độ đa nhiên liệu LPG-diesel. Công suất động cơ ổn định ở khoảng tốc độ lên đến 1600 vòng/phút. Khảo sát nồng độ khí thải sẽ được thực hiện ở giai đoạn nghiên cứu tiếp theo.

Tan Chau Vo, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Vo Tan Chau received his B.Eng. degree in Transportation Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam in 2010, then, Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Indonesia in 2013, and Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering from the joint program between the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand and the Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT), Japan, respectively. He is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Automotive Engineering Technology, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His research interests include Internal Combustion Engine testing, alternative fuel technology, spray and combustion visualization.

Dang Long Tran, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Tran Dang Long received B.Eng. degree and Master's degree in major of Electric-Electronics & Automation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Then, he pursued the doctoral study program in Hydrogen Energy System & Solid Oxide Fuel Cell at Kyushu University, Japan in the period from 2014-2017. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Automobile-Engines Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam. His research interests include automotive measurement solutions and real-time control systems, automotive electric powertrains, and fuel cell.

Quoc Sy Nguyen, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Nguyen Quoc Sy received B.Eng. degree and Master's degree in major of Engine-Automobiles from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam in 2003 and 20011, respectively. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Faculty of Automotive Engineering Technology, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), Vietnam. His research interests include internal combustion engines and automotive as well as alternative fuels on engine application.
