Thử Nghiệm Mô Hình Sản Xuất Video Từ Xa Qua Mạng 5G cho Chương Trình Thể Thao tại VTV

Tóm tắt

Bài báo này trình bày kết quả thử nghiệm ứng dụng công nghệ 5G cho sản xuất video từ xa (SXTX) được thực hiện tại Đài Truyền hình Việt nam (VTV). Mô hình thử nghiệm sử dụng camera truyền video qua mạng 5G để sản xuất chương trình thể thao trực tiếp tại SEA Games 31 cho môn thi đấu Golf. Một số kết quả đo kiểm chất lượng video và thông số mạng 5G cho SXTX được trình bày. Kết quả thử nghiệm chương trình thể thao với 4 camera kết nối bộ 5G cho sản xuất video trực tiếp. Sử dụng 2 SIM/1 Modul 5G kèm theo camera để capture tín hiệu video. Ở phía thu (Phòng điều hành sân Golf Đầm Vạc, Vĩnh Phúc) dùng 1 bộ decoder giải mã tín hiệu ra luồng SDI đưa đến video switcher, CG, bộ làm chậm,…Kết hợp với hệ thống âm thanh để bình luận. Tín hiệu đồng bộ thực hiện qua bộ Decoder. Video thử nghiệm với codec H.265, tốc độ bit Uplink/1 camera là 15.6 Mbps, với độ trễ 700ms (encoder-decoder). Một số kết quả đạt được ban đầu minh chứng cho khả năng sử dụng 5G cho SXTX một số môn thể thao tại VTV. Ngoài ra, kết quả thử nghiệm cũng giúp các nhân viên kỹ thuật sản xuất chương trình kiểm tra và đánh giá các thông số thiết lập video/audio nhằm đảm bảo các yêu cầu tối thiểu về chất lượng cho sản xuất và phân phối chương trình HD sử dụng HEVC codec đường uplink qua mạng 5G.

Nguyen Huu Phong received the B.E. in Telecom Eng. from University of Transport and communications – Campus 2 (UTC2) in 2006, BBA from the University of Economics HCMC (UEH) in 2012, and Master of Telecom from HCMC Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), Vietnam in 2014. From  Aug 2016, he has been working toward the PhD. degree in Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). From July 2006 to June 2012, he worked at Wireless Access Network Section in CDMA Mobile Phone Center (S-Fone Mobile). From July 2012 to July 2024, he worked at Broadcast Research and Application Center (BRAC), Vietnam Television (VTV) and Broadcast Technology Section of Information and Television Technology Center - VTV. Since August 2024, he is working at R&D Strategy Dept. in Saigontourist Cable Television Company Ltd (SCTV). His research interests include: Radio network optimization, Full-Duplex, RF Energy Harvesting, audio/video coding, DVB-T2/C2/S2, 5G Remote Production, Speech-to-Text, IP based video Production, 4K UHD and broadcast technology. Ha Tuan Dung received the Degree of Engineer in Telecommunications Eng. from Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in 2000. From 2000 to 2003, he worked at CMC SI Company, part of CMC Technology Group. Since 2003, he has been a member of Technical Center, Vietnam Television (VTV). His research interests include: Audio and Video over SDI, audio/video coding, IT and News for Broadcasting Production.

Ho Van Khuong received the B.E. (with the first-rank honor) and the M.S. degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, in 2001 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Ulsan, Korea in 2007. During 2007-2011, he joined McGill University, Canada as a postdoctoral fellow. Currently, he is an Associate professor at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam. His major research interests are modulation and coding techniques, diversity techniques, digital signal processing, energy harvesting, physical layer security, intelligent reflecting surface, and cognitive radio.

Pham Thanh Hoa received the Degree of Engineer in Telecommunications Engineering from Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in 2006; and Master of Science in Telecomnunications Engineering from Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in 2011. From September 2006 to January 2008, he worked as an engineer in Vietnam Television Pay TV Content Department (VTVpcd). Since February 2008, he has been a member of Technical Center, Vietnam Television (VTV).
