Vietnam National University HoChiMinh City (VNU-HCM) is a comprehensive national multi-disciplinary institution providing the highest quality education and research for the whole nation. VNU-HCM is also one of the major Universities invested by the State in all fields especially finance. Therefore, the finance of VNU-HCM has to be mananged effectively and contributes to the building as well as the development of this University. The finance mangement plays an important role in education achivements of VNU-HCM. In the initial research, the author has found out the interesting measures. The author proposes some ways to enhance the effectiveness of finance management in VNU-HCM.
