Many traditional methods are using to evaluate the effectiveness of traning. However, most of them are very difficult to apply to short-term courses. One of the reasons is that marks, which are quantifiable, are not emphasized in these courses. The best way to evaluate the effectiveness of these courses is to measure the changes of the learners in their attitudes. This paper is about a method to evaluate the effectiveness of short-term pedagogical training courses through measurement the changes in classroom environment.
