Traditional forms of learning has many limitations at the present time. Instead, modern forms of learning bring higher learning efficiency, stimulating creativity and initiative for students. At the same time, the diversity of modern learning forms helps students find a form that suits them better than traditional learning, helping students absorb knowledge better, and bringing high entertainment. One of the modern forms of learning is game-based learning. Although this form has been applied to many subjects in the world such as mathematics, linguistics,... Nevertheless, there are still very few Life skills educational game. In this study, a solution for soft skills training based on game-based learning method is proposed. The solution will build a process and architecture to build a support system for skills training based on psychological factors of learner. The proposed method is applied to design a system to support soft skills training for preschool children.
