Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này xây dựng và thực hiện chương trình bồi dưỡng nhằm nâng cao năng lực tổ chức các hoạt động nghệ thuật cho giáo viên mầm non dựa trên phương pháp giáo dục STEAM (Khoa học, Công nghệ, Kỹ thuật, Nghệ thuật và Toán học), được thực hiện qua các bước sau: (1) Khảo sát thực trạng năng lực tổ chức hoạt động nghệ thuật của giáo viên mầm non và hiểu biết của họ về giáo dục STEAM; (2) Việc thiết kế chương trình bồi dưỡng dựa trên dữ liệu khảo sát, để đảm bảo tính phù hợp và thiết thực với nhu cầu của giáo viên mầm non; (3) Tổ chức hoạt động đào tạo giáo viên và đánh giá kết quả. Nghiên cứu sử dụng cả phương pháp định tính để thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu sẽ cung cấp bằng chứng về tính hiệu quả của chương trình bồi dưỡng, từ đó đưa ra các giải pháp nâng cao năng lực cho giáo viên mầm non trong việc tổ chức các hoạt động nghệ thuật phù hợp với phương pháp giáo dục STEAM, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục mầm non và đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển chuyên môn của giáo viên trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo.

Nao Thi Diem Tuy works at Tuoi Than Tien Pre-Primary School, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. She Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018. She is currently holding the position of Vice Principal of the Tuoi Than Tien Pre-Primary School. In addition to the work of school management and operation, she is studying for a master's degree in Education at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education. Her main research direction is the application of the STEAM education model in early childhood education. As a Vice Principal, she constantly improves her professional qualifications and always tries to contribute to promoting the development of early childhood education in the locality. Bùi Văn Hồng, Trường Đại học Sư phạm Kỹ thuật Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Hong works at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Viet Nam. He is currently a Dean of the Institute of Technical Education. He is the (co-)author of many journal papers and publications in both local and international conference proceedings. He has had teaching experience for many years. He has organized and managed many projects to improve the teaching quality at various levels, from primary to high school, and higher education. He is also the chair of the committee of many thesis defense sessions. His areas of interest include the application of the STEM approach, project-based learning, blended learning, and vocational education.
