Building Model of Learner Profile in Adaptive On-line Training

In the context of on-line training (e-Learning), building of the e-Learning system adapted to the individual learner is necessary. With the Adaptive e-Learning system (AeLS) now, learner profile (learner model) is studying to provide the learning materials which are suitable with learner’s ability and background.
In this paper, we propose a model of learner profile to support teaching and learning activities in on-line training environment. The proposed model is based on some researches of educational psychology and a real-survey to the students of HCMc University of Pedagogy, Vietnam.
